BLAST: Los Angeles shipment arrived!

Los Angeles portion of the BLAST book shipment has arrived! The bulk is still on the way to our east coast warehouse.     So how was the release of Blast 2012? Is it still out in the market? Or if not, where can I buy one? Do I have to put in an order for it online? I know it’s a bit late, but I really want to have my own copy of Blast 2012. Thanks!
